Jericho Boat Ramp Opening Today

Community Alert from the Town of Scituate: Great news for Scituate boaters! The Jericho Boat Ramp will officially open for the season at noon on Friday, June 6th.

The Town would like to thank Terry Smith, Acting Director of the Office of Fishing and Boating Access and his staff and the Contractor, Pawtucket Hot Asphalt of Rhode Island for completing this project in a timely manner. The improvements to the Boat Ramp and parking area will make it easier for boaters to launch and recover their vessels and make the area more accessible and enjoyable for Boaters and non-Boaters alike. Please be advised that there may be minor disruptions at Ramp as the Contractor finishes the installation of the new lighting and any punch list items in the coming weeks.
