Hingham Track & Field stepped onto the track carrying something heavier than spikes and batons.

The boys delivered a commanding 89–47 victory, toppling the Dragons with speed, depth, and a surge of personal bests. The girls turned in a performance that told a very different story than what the score showed and shone through with resilience, and PRs around every turn.

Boys Varsity — Hingham 89, Duxbury 47

In the sprints, Graham Carlson led the charge with a 2nd place finish in the 100m and a personal best in the 200m for 2nd. Michael Blackwood added a PR for 3rd in the 100m, while Jahbriel Johnson posted a PR in the 200m (3rd) before returning to win the 400m in another PR. John Hamilton followed with a PR of his own for 3rd in the 400m.

The distance crew turned the meet into a showcase. Gavin Anderson and Travis O’Neil went 1–2 in the mile with matching personal bests of 4:45 and 4:47, then doubled back to do it again in the 2-mile, both notching additional PRs.
