Crystal Kelly Wins Planning Board Seat in Hingham

Crystal G. Kelly secured a seat on the Planning Board, defeating Thomas F. Patch by a wide margin, 997 votes to 252. The Planning Board contest was the only race on the ballot with multiple candidates.

“I am running for Planning Board because I believe in the future of Hingham,” Kelly wrote in a letter in South Shore Times. “The Planning Board is integral to shaping the character of the Town and charting the impact and direction of its growth.”
