7. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE US

7.1 These Terms of Service have been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Massachusetts law. Any action to enforce these Terms of Service shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Boston.

8. SEVERABILITY WAIVER

8.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
