Norwell High School's boys and girls basketball teams delivered standout performances this week, with the boys dominating Carver in a runaway victory and the girls grinding out a hard-fought win against Pembroke to continue their stellar season.
The Norwell boys basketball team delivered a dominant performance against Carver, claiming an impressive 90–51 victory. From the opening tip, the Clippers set the tone with a high-energy offense and relentless defense, leaving Carver struggling to keep pace. Ronan Coffey led the charge with 15 points, while Nick Adams and Jack Luccarelli each contributed 12 points to the team's commanding win. The Clippers' balanced attack and teamwork were on full display, highlighting why they remain a formidable contender this season.
On the girls' side, Norwell battled through a tense, defensive matchup to secure a gritty 42–32 victory over Pembroke on the road.
