The boys slayed the Duxbury Dragons 54-46. While the girls brought big energy, it wasn’t quite enough at 75-25 but the score doesn’t tell the whole story.

Boys Bring the Heat

The boys' squad had a hard-fought win for the last dual meet of the season. There were standout performances all over the oval. JJ Johnson led the charge with a 1st place finish in the 300m, while Tristan Campbell took 1st in the 55m hurdles with a PR. Distance depth showed up big: Tommy Simpson (1st) and George O’Neill (2nd) went 1–2 in the 1000, while Gavin Anderson stacked points with 2nd in the mile (PR). In the field, Owen Bernard was 1st in shot put (PR), high jump and weight throw (PR). Relay teams also had PRs in both the 4x200 and 4x400.

The long list of others with PRs rolling in included:  Graham Carlson, Nathan Natale, Zach Wong, Connor Gately, Cameron Kitteridge, Kian Thayer, Pero Muzel Damin, Lucas Muzel Damin, Charlie Veysey, Michael Blackwood, Josh Greisner, Beckett Williams, Robbie Jiang-Yu, James Hamilton, Oliver Sandifer, Bryan Sandifer, Travis O’Neill, Rex Chen, Jack Griffiths and more.

The relays stayed sharp with PRs in both the 4x200 and 4x400, and Hingham grabbed 2nd and 3rd in the high jump from Lindsey McManus and Lane Collins.
