The award, announced on March 17 by the Boston Bruins and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), honors student athletes from hockey leagues across the state for exemplary behavior both on and off the ice.

Dwyer is one of 16 male student-athletes recognized this year across boys’ hockey leagues in Massachusetts. Each winner was selected for their commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and representing their schools and communities with integrity.
