Cohasset Dominates Hull in Boys Basketball Matchup
The Cohasset boys basketball team continued their impressive start to the season with a decisive 65-31 victory over Hull on Tuesday night.
The Skippers, now 7-1 on the season, displayed a well-rounded offensive attack led by junior standout Sam Larsen, who poured in a game-high 20 points. Senior Luke Moore contributed 13 points, while sophomore Charlie Grudinskas added 12 points to round out a balanced scoring effort.
Jack Cullinan was the engine behind the offense, dishing out eight assists and keeping Cohasset’s pace sharp throughout the game.
Cohasset’s defense was equally dominant, holding Hull to just 31 points and forcing multiple turnovers that led to fast-break opportunities. The Skippers set the tone early, jumping out to a double-digit lead in the first quarter and never looking back.
Hull fought hard but struggled to find consistent scoring against Cohasset’s disciplined defense. The Pirates’ efforts weren't enough to overcome the Skippers’ firepower.
With the win, Cohasset builds momentum as they head into a tough stretch of the schedule.
