For more than a decade, Mary Irving, LPN, has been a cornerstone of the compassionate care that defines Celtic Angels Home Health Care. As she marks her 11th anniversary with the company, her story is one of dedication, empathy, and genuine connection to those she serves.

Mary began her nursing career with a simple yet powerful goal—to make a difference in the lives of others. Since joining Celtic Angels, she has done just that, providing exceptional home health care to countless clients and families across the South Shore. Known for her gentle manner and steady professionalism, Mary embodies the values that Celtic Angels holds most dear: respect, reliability, and heartfelt care.

“Mary has an incredible ability to make each client feel valued and supported,” said Maria Burke, RN, Owner and Founder of Celtic Angels. “Her compassion and clinical excellence set the standard for what it means to be part of our team.”

Whether she’s communicating with a patient’s doctor, coordinating with family members, or offering a comforting presence to an aging loved one, Mary approaches each task with patience and purpose. Her patients, their family members and colleagues alike describe her as dependable, nurturing, and a true angel on earth.

Reflecting on her years with the company, Mary says what she cherishes most are the relationships she’s built. “Every person I’ve cared for has touched my life in some way,” she shared. “Being invited into someone’s home and trusted to care for them is such an honor. I love what I do, and I’m proud to be part of Celtic Angels.”

As Celtic Angels continues to grow and serve families throughout Massachusetts, caregivers like Mary remain the heart of its mission—delivering the highest standard of care with compassion and integrity.
