Beverly A. Livingstone (Benson), 96, of Scituate, MA, formerly of Cohasset, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2025.

Beloved Mother of Jack Livingstone (Patti), Bill Livingstone (Jean), Bob Livingstone, and Laurie Greenip (John). She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Donald R., her son Jeffery, and her grandson Michael Livingstone.

Born on March 25, 1929, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Dr. E.E. Benson and Freda (Stenner). Beverly graduated from the University of Omaha in 1950.

A lifelong enthusiast of tennis, Beverly was an active player at the Cohasset Tennis Club into her mid-eighties. She was also a passionate knitter, generously donating hundreds of handmade hats to Rosie’s Place. Dedicated and hardworking Beverly remained an active member and employee of The Livingstone Company well into her nineties.

She had a deep love for travel, joyfully celebrating her 80th birthday with her children in Aruba. Bev also enjoyed countless summers on Martha’s Vineyard with her family entertaining and alway cooking for friends and family. Her favorite winter destination was always Siesta Key, Florida.

Beverly was a proud grandmother to Alec and Kyle Livingstone, Emily and the late Michael Livingstone, Sam, Jane, and Jack Greenip, and Kate and Stephanie Livingstone.

A wake will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 4-7pm at McNamara Funeral Home, 1 Summer Street, Cohasset, MA.
