We are lucky to have such wonderful libraries on the South Shore that host engaging community events year-round. If you’re staying local this week, I highly suggest a visit to your local library where you can not only find your next great read, but can also reserve discounted museum passes and check out objects from a Library of Things.

Even better, your local library has TONS of free fun to enjoy during February vacation week including crafts, games, movies, and story times!

Norwell Public Library

Make your own friendship bracelets all week. Also hosting the South of Boston Board Game Meet up!

Ventress Memorial Library in Marshfield

Show up and Hang out for tweens and coloring club for K-5 kiddos!

Scituate Public Library

Hosting Pokemon and Dungeons and Dragons events for big kids and a multi-generational puzzle off!

Paul Pratt Memorial Library in Cohasset

Singalong and dance party with Miss Rebecca and make and take crafts available!

Hingham Public Library

LEGO club and read to a dog! 

John Curtis Free Library in Hanover

A virtual visit with the Seashore Trolley Museum & National Streetcar Museum and Makerspace!
