Cohasset Youth Ambassadors Program Now Accepting Applications

Empowering Cohasset students to lead mental health and prevention efforts through action, education, and advocacy.
Published on

The Cohasset Youth Ambassadors (CYA) program is now open for registration for the 2025–2026 academic year. Open to all students in grades 7–12 who attend Cohasset Public Schools or live in Cohasset and attend private schools elsewhere, this initiative empowers local youth to become active leaders and advocates within their community.

A Unique Opportunity for Leadership and Impact

CYA offers students the chance to raise awareness and educate others about mental health and substance use, promoting positive change through peer leadership, public events, and educational outreach. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, participants develop essential life skills, self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of issues that affect today’s youth.

This program isn’t your typical extracurricular. With a vibrant and passionate network of teens, CYA blends community involvement, personal growth, and real-world leadership opportunities—equipping students for both academic and personal success.
