April 24: Hanover Democratic Caucus
On Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 6:30 PM, Democrats will hold a caucus at Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover St., Hanover, to elect 7 delegates and 4 alternates to represent Hanover at the 2025 State Democratic Convention.
The convention, taking place September 13, 2025, at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, will bring together Democrats from across the Commonwealth to discuss policy and build momentum ahead of the 2026 election cycle.
All registered and pre-registered Democrats in Hanover who are 16 years old by March 29, 2025, are eligible to vote and run as delegates or alternates.
In addition, Democrats who are youth (age 16–35), people with disabilities, people of color, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are not elected at the caucus are encouraged to apply to be add-on delegates. Applications can be submitted at the caucus or online at massdems.org/massdems-convention.
