The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and CO -, its digital platform for small businesses, today announced that Rustic Marlin has been named to the 2026 CO - 100: America’s Top 100 Small Businesses list. The family-owned, American-made home decor company was recognized in the Growth Accelerators category, which celebrates businesses using innovative and effective strategies to achieve exceptional growth. Rustic Marlin was selected from more than 12,000 applicants by a panel of judges for its impressive growth, innovative strategies and commitment to customers. The company has transformed its operations through a formal leadership structure, measurable performance goals and disciplined operational improvements. Those changes helped fuel 108% revenue growth and 173% EBITDA growth between January and May 2026. Based at its own manufacturing facility in Hanover, Massachusetts, Rustic Marlin employs approximately 50 people and designs and produces its products locally.
