Town Manager Derek Brindisi said paper copy of special town meeting warrant was not circulated as they were not expecting to have a special town meeting this year.

Plymouth offered remote voting options and 20 members signed up in advance. Remote participation is offered to those who truly cannot attend in-person. 

Town Moderator Steven Triffletti reviews Town Meeting procedures and policies. All voting at today's meeting will be electronic. 

Voters have approved to allow hybrid voting at town meeting.

Motion to have an adjourned session on Monday, April 13 at 6 PM carries.
