The Norwell girls lacrosse team is Final Four bound after a dominant 17–8 victory over Hamilton-Wenham in the MIAA Division 4 Elite 8 on Saturday.
Led by a career day from senior Lexi Davos, who recorded three goals and five assists, the Clippers controlled the game from start to finish. Holly Panttila added four goals and an assist, while Caroline Burtch and Margot Bonnevie each notched hat tricks to power the Norwell offense.
Charlise Cox (2 goals), Meri Horlbeck (2 goals), and Natasha Mikus (1 goal, 1 assist) rounded out the scoring for the Clippers. Goalkeeper Charlotte Pithie was strong in net once again, finishing with seven saves.
With the win, third-seeded Norwell advances to the Division 4 Final Four and will face a familiar postseason stage as they continue their quest for a state title.
