Janice Marie Bocash passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday March 26 in Plymouth.
Janice was born on June 11th 1943 in Framingham Massachusetts to Joseph F Kenney and Mary L Kenney (both deceased. Janice met and married Richard L Bocash in Weymouth and had two beautiful daughters Laurie Ann and Carol Ann.
Janice was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and Aunt.
Always impeccably dressed without a hair out of place, she had the looks of a movie star, the humor of a comedian and the voice of an angel. Janice loved shopping, food, music, animals and good times with family and friends.
Janice was proceeded in death by her parents, brother Earl (Sonny) Kenney and her daughter Carol Ann.
Carol's passing at an early age left a hole in her heart that never healed. Her heart will be fully mended now that she is reunited with her in heaven!
She is survived by her daughter Laurie Ann Bosworth (husband Richard) of Halifax, grandson Richard Bosworth Jr (partner Steven) of Revere and granddaughters Jessica Bosworth (partner Jesse) of Tewksbury and Ashley Bosworth (partner Jason) of Plymouth, brother Joseph F Kenney of Hanover and sister Kathleen Saferian of Weymouth as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be on Tuesday April 7th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Shepherd Funeral Home in Kingston followed by a procession to Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved daughter Carol.
Donations in her name could be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
