Jackson William McCormack, cherished son of Whitney and Kristen McCormack of Duxbury, Massachusetts, was born sleeping on April 25, 2026, at South Shore Hospital.
Like every expecting parent, Whitney and Kristen arrived at the hospital full of excitement and anticipation, preparing to welcome their healthy baby boy into the world at 37 weeks. Their joy turned to heartbreak in an unimaginable and unexpected moment.
Jackson was deeply loved from the very beginning. Even before his arrival, he brought together a family and a community that will forever hold his name close.
Jackson is the beloved little brother to Benji, the McCormacks' dog, and a deeply loved grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to so many who love him beyond measure.

A period of visitation will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, beginning at 9 am at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth. A funeral service will begin at 10 am, followed by a graveside service at Mayflower Cemetery, 774 Tremont Street, Duxbury.
