STUZZi Chocolate, a Plymouth-based artisan chocolatier known for its vibrant hand-painted bonbons, premium ingredients, and handcrafted confections, announced the opening of a a second location at 222 North Street in Hingham.
The new boutique chocolate shop will occupy the former home of Puopolo Candies.
STUZZi founders and chocolatiers Christina and David Bunda said that the expansion represents more than the opening of another retail location. It is an opportunity to honor the history of a cherished local business while introducing a fresh perspective on the art of chocolate making.
"Puopolo Candies was a treasured part of Hingham for decades, and stepping into their former home feels both meaningful and inspiring," said Christina and David Bunda, co-owners of STUZZi Chocolate. "We recognize the special place this location holds in the hearts of the community. Our goal is to honor that history while creating a warm, welcoming destination where customers can discover beautiful, handcrafted chocolates and create new memories of their own."
The new Hingham location will introduce customers to STUZZi's growing collection of artisan chocolates, including signature bonbons, seasonal assortments, specialty chocolate bars, and beautifully presented gift collections.
STUZZi Chocolate anticipates welcoming its first guests to the Hingham location in November 2026. The initial opening will feature a selection of STUZZi's signature handcrafted chocolates and gifting collections, with additional products and seasonal offerings introduced throughout the fall.
