First Watch, the Florida-based breakfast and brunch chain, is set to open its first New England location this month at Hanover Crossing, a revitalized mixed-use development in Hanover. Known for its fresh, made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch options, the restaurant will introduce its signature "Daytime Dining" concept to the South Shore.
The Hanover location will offer a menu that emphasizes fresh ingredients and seasonal specials, including popular dishes such as avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, and a variety of omelets, alongside fresh-pressed juices and artisan coffee. The chain’s farm-to-table approach and commitment to sustainability are reflected in its offerings and restaurant design.
First Watch has experienced significant growth in recent years, consistently opening dozens of new locations annually and surpassing the 500-unit milestone in November 2023. By the end of the year, the company had added 51 new restaurants across 19 states, bringing its total footprint to 524 locations, as detailed in its March 5, 2024 earnings report. Known for its high-quality ingredients and rotating seasonal menus, First Watch continues to expand its presence in the breakfast and brunch industry.
First Watch at Hanover Crossing will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., focusing exclusively on breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
